You can buy the Builder's Package from SLX,
http://www.slexchange.com/ or near the telehub in Chessport for L$1.
The package uses an
AutoBlock object which contains a single script for all builds.
To start with it's probably easiest if you buy the prebuilt object, that way you get the textures and correct object contents to get everything working from the word go.
ALL the scripts and everything are Open Source.
